I am a Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in project coordination, quantity surveying, structural design, and construction management. I have worked on both local and international projects, including U.S.-based structural design and compliance standards.
Currently, I serve as a Project Coordinator at AI Core IT Solutions, where I manage end-to-end project activities — from planning and scheduling to budgeting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. I ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and fully compliant with regulatory requirements. I also prepare reports, meeting presentations, and monitor site progress to maintain quality standards.
Previously, I worked as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and Truss Designer at Building Engineering and Design Co., where I designed and analyzed roof, floor, and wall truss systems using Alpine Software. I performed structural analysis based on U.S. building codes, generated accurate material takeoffs, and optimized layouts to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.
My internship experience at the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) strengthened my foundation in construction project management, cost estimation, site inspection, and government infrastructure compliance.
