I started my career as a Customer Service Representative in the healthcare industry, where I handled client concerns and insurance-related inquiries. I then transitioned into an Accounting Staff role focusing on billing and collections, where I gained hands-on experience in accounts receivable, invoice processing, and payment follow-ups. In my current role, I was able to adapt quickly even with minimal supervision, which strengthened my independence, discipline, and attention to detail.
