I worked as an IT Service Desk for more than 14 years looking for WFH job. Provided assistance to client's needs to make sure the smooth work for everyday production. Scope of work includes:
- Handled L1 and L2 work as ITSD which include hardware and software trouble shooting.
- Used AD for password reset, adding user account to Distribution List and Distribution Group, device and account status check up and activating/reactivating user account.
- Network troubleshooting and VPN support (Cisco AnyConnect).
- Proper documentation and case logs, which is needed for outage reporting and/or for next level of support.
