Hi, I’m Erika Zammer David, 23 years old, and I bring with me a dynamic blend of experience in customer service, travel planning, and real estate marketing. I’m someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and genuinely enjoys helping people — whether that’s planning their dream vacation or guiding them through a property journey.
I started my career as a Travel Consultant, where I gained strong experience in itinerary planning, flight and accommodation booking, visa assistance, and handling customer inquiries. This role sharpened my attention to detail and taught me how to manage multiple client needs while delivering exceptional service. I was often the go-to person for troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless travel experiences from start to finish.
More recently, I transitioned into a role in Real Estate Admin and Marketing. In this position, I’ve been responsible for supporting sales agents with documentation, listing coordination, lead generation, social media marketing, and client communication. I also manage online listings, schedule appointments, and help ensure a smooth process from inquiry to closing. This job has really helped me develop my organizational and marketing skills, while also learning how to work efficiently behind the scenes.
As for my skills, I would describe myself as highly organized, digitally savvy, and customer-focused. I’m comfortable using various platforms like CRM systems, Canva, social media tools, and Microsoft Office. I’m also a fast learner, good communicator, and someone who believes in continuous growth — both personally and professionally.
