Had background in back office for awhile which developed and implemented a streamlined process for gathering information in regards to people’s incomes and financial backgrounds. Knowledgeable in analyzation and evaluation of multiple different financial statements to check for credibility or any discrepancies when it comes to documents that are getting sent to the company.
Not only that, also had background in being a customer representative due to getting promoted to a higher tier which involved making outbound and inbound calls and in return was able to get the chance to improve communication skills even further.
