My career journey began in Dubai UAE, where from 2013 to 2017 I worked as an Executive Secretary in Publishing Company, gaining hands-on experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced corporate setting while managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations within a diverse, multicultural environment.
After this experience, I made a deliberate decision to strengthen my technical foundation by completing a degree in Information Technology from 2017 to 2020, which enhanced my understanding of digital systems, data management, and remote work tools. Building on both my administrative and technical background, I transitioned into remote work from 2020 to 2026 as a Virtual Executive Assistant and a Virtual Data Entry Specialist, where I provided comprehensive executive support for online hotel reservations and property management, managing bookings, guest communications, calendars, inboxes, reporting, and operational coordination across multiple properties, while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of customer service.
