Customer service: My work mainly focuses on assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns. Help in identifying the main problem and develop an appropriate solution to the problems.
Inventory Control: my main work is to maintain the check and balance of the actual items versus documents (i.e. documents, files via hardcopy or softcopy). Documenting any issues and lacking for reporting.
