Since graduating in 2019, I’ve worked in healthcare, education, and customer service—developing strong skills in communication, organization, data management, and problem-solving.
I’ve held roles such as Medical Records Clerk, Liaison Officer, and Administrative Assistant, and also sell online clothes during pandemic, which taught me how to manage time efficiently and deliver excellent customer service. In February 2025, I transitioned to remote work as an Email Support Representative, where I support clients through prompt and professional communication.
