Hi, I am Karen Mae Garcia, a computer engineering graduate hailing from Las Pinas City, now residing in Bacoor, Cavite for over a decade. I began my career as a technical support representative in a BPO setting, assisting U.S.-based customers with laptop-related technical issues. This experience paved the way for my transition to a remote work setup, where I spent nearly 10 years with a California-based managed service provider.
