I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Far Eastern University Batch 2014 and passed the Architecture and Master Plumber Licensure Examination last 2016. I worked as Project-in-charge at Kynar Panel Philippines Corporation, which is a company focusing on exterior cladding projects, wherein I led the quantity surveyor team, prepared fabrication drawings, attended site meetings and supervised on-going projects. Aside from that, we have fit out projects for residential and commercial buildings, wherein I handled the construction cost estimates, representing the company in bidding and site supervision. I further enhanced my skills and knowledge as the Assistant Technical Head at the same company, overlooking all on-going projects, foreseeing the challenges that may hamper the progress of the projects and leading our team to deliver the high-quality result of the project to our clients.
In 2020, I applied as a Resident Architect at Fourth Realty Marketing Development Corporation working on the design and contract documentation for residential, warehouses and commercial buildings representing the company in public bidding and site supervision. As a Resident Architect, I prepare architectural drawings from scratch and work hand on hand with engineers, producing construction drawings and conducting site visits.
Lastly, I have been working remote for the past three years as Design Engineer from a Singapore based construction company whereas I supported our team for the technical detailing from design proposals to actual construction drawings. Aside from technical drawings, I have supported our quantity surveying team on estimating materials for procurement and taking off for tenders.
As a worker, I have a strong attention to detail that gives accuracy on my works. Whenever I encounter difficulty or problems with my work, I would observe and examine critical information to come up with a solution.
