I have an extensive background with Operations and Management tasks, as well as a solid knowledge with the US Healthcare System. My previous experience includes more than 5 years in the Philippines' BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry. The last position I had was an Operations Supervisor, where I handled team, KPI's and client related concerns on a daily basis. I was in charge of leading 3 accounts and overall functionality of the team.
After that I transitioned into a Remote Virtual Assistant for multiple clients, one being a home care agency where I was in charge of administrative duties, call handling, scheduling and client/caregiver coordination as well as fulfilling documentations needed daily by the agency.
Aside from that I have part-time experiences with Social Media Management, Bookkeeping (Tickets and Invoicing, Data Entry) and Marketing (Lead Nurturing, Email handling and cold calling).
