I help clients build their new ERP system from their current legacy system. I work multiple projects from planning, designing, testing and going live with the new system or changes. I analyze new or upcoming changes to a system, provide impact analysis, create test scripts, execute test scenarios and confirm that the change is working smoothly. Part of my work is to connect constantly with clients to discuss any challenges or pain points, provide timeliness on tasks, or just regular catch ups of what we want to achieve as a team.
