Develop management system procedures, work instructions and form formats for Quality / Environmental / OHSAS in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 international standards and integrates with other business processes.
Supervise and manage QMS, EMS, OHSAS implementation to ensure full compliance of the company to both international standard and Philippine legal requirements.
Conduct Internal Audits to check compliance, effectiveness and efficiency of established processes.
Manage and control all related auditable documents, records and procedures to ensure they are updated and accurate.

Manage the process for handling non-conformities, customer complaints and audit findings by facilitating root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Train employees to integrated management principles, standards, best practices to foster a company-wide culture of quality, environmental and safety first.
Work with other departments like Production, PPIC, Quality, Design & Development, Engineering, Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, HR and Accounting to integrate requirements into all aspects of operations
Conduct Supplier Audits to direct suppliers of the company to ensure mutually beneficial supplier and customer relationships.
