As Community Manager for Brainly Philippines, I’ve led remote moderation and engagement teams for one of the world’s largest online learning platforms. I’ve worked cross-functionally with product, growth, and trust & safety teams to enforce community standards, manage compliance escalations, and implement AI-driven moderation tools. I also developed scalable engagement strategies, set KPIs, and tracked community health metrics to improve user retention and platform integrity.
Alongside this, I serve as a Marketing and Data Specialist for a mobile software company focused on rewards-based apps. My work involves fraud detection, behavioral analysis, and profit optimization by identifying usage trends, preventing system abuse, and helping shape more sustainable, data-informed growth strategies.
I began my professional journey as a campus journalist, eventually becoming Copy and Features Editor, a role that honed both my writing and leadership skills. Since then, I’ve worn many hats: content creator, community builder, tea-----------ntor, fraud analyst, and brand voice.
