Hi I'm Mischelle Oro and you can call me Mitch, I am an undergraduate student of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Management at FEATI University, as an employee I can describe myself as a hard working person , I'm a listener and a good follower, as part of my job before as a Customer Service Representative was able to resolve customer's concern in a timely manner and was able to do it with integrity as an agent, I really wanted to have collaboration as part of a team I know that I need to contribute with a company that can help me to boost my self steam and can help me improve my skill for my personal growth. Being promoted As a team leader in training before I love to listen with my team's individual struggle during coaching session with me for us to know what would be the thing that we can do to avoid it, in the near future and at the same time I am really passionate providing feed back for them to notice what are the misses that they need to fill out and give them challenge and rewards once they were able to did it right , as an individual I am also open with feedback for me to make sure that we are on the same page, letting me know what are the behavior that needs to improve and making sure that we will build a strong relationship in our team. I love leading a team or a group and eager to help those newbies with the help of the policy and resources provided by the company. Success is not just in one person but with the help of the team.
