I am currently working in the Australian mortgage industry as a Loan Processor providing end-to-end administrative and processing support to mortgage brokers.
My day-to-day work includes preparing and managing loan applications, reviewing and organising supporting documents, following up on outstanding requirements, communicating with clients and lenders, assisting with pricing and valuations, monitoring applications through assessment, and coordinating loan documents and settlement requirements.
I have hands-on experience with ApplyOnline, LoanApp, Salestrekker, CashDeck, Dialpad, lender portals, Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and Excel. I regularly work with Australian lenders and their online systems to track applications, respond to outstanding conditions, manage documentation, and assist with loans through to settlement.
My experience covers purchases, refinances, pre-approvals, loan variations, discharges, and settlements.
I am detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple applications and priorities in a remote environment. I am continuing to build my knowledge of Australian lending and credit assessment, with the goal of developing a long-term career in the mortgage industry.
