I am a licensed Nutritionist-Dietitian with experience in clinical nutrition, research, teaching, and health communication. Currently pursuing my graduate studies, I help bridge science and everyday nutrition through practical, evidence-based guidance to clients.
I’ve worked as a Dietitian in my own virtual clinic, providing nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy, and meal planning for clients with lifestyle diseases like diabetes, hypertension, kidney diseases, and heart diseases.
I also serve as a Keynote Speaker and NDLE Review Lecturer, conducting talks and review sessions across universities nationwide on topics like foods, medical nutrition therapy, gut health, and consumer food literacy.
In my extra time, I do nutrition content writing, research, and online education, creating clear and engaging materials.
My goal is to empower individuals and communities through informed, practical, and sustainable nutrition practices.
