I'm a registered nurse turned Customer Success and client coordination professional. For nearly two years, I worked at Korn Ferry — a Fortune 500 HR consultancy — supporting APAC and ANZ client accounts through high-volume outreach, relationship management, CRM administration, platform support, and process improvement initiatives.
My experience includes managing outreach and follow-up across 150+ international accounts, maintaining Salesforce CRM records, delivering 1:1 platform walkthroughs, facilitating client webinars, and helping clients navigate complex processes with confidence. I enjoy building trust, solving problems, and creating positive experiences that keep people engaged and moving forward.
