Being in a real working industry specifically in BPO after I graduated in 2017 has mold me to become what I am today. In y 8 years of working, it is now normal for me to deal with different types of personality. As customer service, it is always my goal to become a better leader and good mentor. As a competitive person, I always make sure that I manage my time smoothly, I can work in less supervision, and finish the job given within the allotted time frame provided. It is easy for me to engage with people I just met because I know how to adjust depending on their culture and personality. I have high emotional intelligence which is why I know exactly how to read the room and adjust how to approach people or colleagues around me. I have personal standards that became my personal competitor because I don't compete with my colleagues. I know everyone is doing their best so as much as I can, I am more than willing to help.
