I’m a Virtual Assistant with a strong background in data analysis and administrative support. In my role, I handle both outbound and inbound calls with government offices and financial institutions to request and verify important information that's needed for our client's financial aid applications, ensuring accuracy and being able to meet deadlines. While on the phone with the company representatives, I have to work on our side tasks which is tending to emails, reporting to case managers, and researching or data gathering from the internet and analyzing all the documents we received from the institutions we reached out to.
I’m familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, as well as Google apps. I also create and edit PDF files using Adobe, Microsoft, and Foxit tools. I am quite a tech savvy and can easily learn tricks from here and there.
