I’ve been with the BPO experience for 13 yrs handling SiriusXM account. Started as an agent last 2012 and been promoted as an Operations Supervisor last 2017 and the recently been promoted last 2023 as an Operations Manager. As of the -----------nt I am unemployed and looking for better opportunity specific for Work from Home set up.
