Hello! I'm Lyka,
I am passionate about helping online businesses operate efficiently and grow.
Having been on both sides of e-commerce, I understand the challenges that come with running an online store. I started selling products through my own B2C business to support myself, and that experience gave me firsthand insight into what it takes to keep an e-commerce business running successfully.
From researching profitable products and creating SEO-optimized listings to designing product images, processing orders, communicating with customers, tracking inventory, and managing daily store operations, I've experienced what it takes to keep an online business running smoothly. That's why I don't simply complete tasks—I take ownership of them. I understand that every listing, every order, and every customer interaction directly impacts your business, and I treat your store with the same care and attention as if it were my own.
Beyond my e-commerce experience, I also bring strong skills in administrative support, research, data management, and workflow organization. I'm proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, PhotoRoom, Notion, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, allowing me to work efficiently and adapt to different business needs.
My goal is simple: to save you time, streamline your operations, deliver an excellent customer experience, and become a reliable partner who helps your business grow.
Steady with me,
Lyka
