During my time at my previous organization, I often worked in very small teams. I am initially a one-person R&D developer, then as part of a two-person web development team. While this experience taught me to be resourceful and solve problems quickly under pressure, it also limited my opportunity to expand my technical skill set and receive structured mentorship. I'm now looking for a role where I can continue to grow, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute meaningfully to a team.
