My experiences are mostly from Financial Accounts. I have handled Wells Fargo Bank as a Customer Service Specialist with Sales. I was also once part of the pioneers of Paypal and became a Level 2 Specialist. I also worked as a Collections Specialist for Capital One Bank and was later on promoted as a Coach. That is where I handled multiple coaching sessions and created progress reports. I was also exposed to meetings, collaborations and presentations. Furthermore, my recent job is with American Express as a Collections Specialist over the phone handling both inbound and outbound calls. As the company progresses, I was selected to spearhead Collections Chat handling dual chats simultaneously. With these, I would like to be known as someone who works with integrity and passion all the time.
