I have worked in the hospitality management in the past. My most recent job was being a Customer Service Representative (chats assigned). Working in the hospitality and as live chat support, I have learned to understand and relate to customer's situation to quickly identify and resolve their issues . Know when to prioritize, multi-task and manage time as we handle multiple customers at the same time and know how to communicate well with the team to be an effective and efficient tea-----------mber.
