I am a licensed Civil Engineer with various background in public infrastructures. Currently working at Local Government Unit (LGU) as an Engineer II. Being in the LGU for almost 9 years, I have gained enough experiences in construction starting from the planning stage, design and estimates and up to the implementation due to limited technical personnel in most of the LGUs. A team-oriented and a technically professional one in terms of handling projects who remains calm and effective under pressure.
