I have now been in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry for a decade - specializing in Training and Onboarding Facilitation, and Customer Service.
With the time I spent in this industry, I have learned a lot about how to engage and leverage people's strengths to help them achieve what used to seem as unreachable heights. I have a deep understanding and a knack on identifying training and onboarding needs, to provide new hires with the biggest advantage in advancing in their career.
I have had the honor in receiving multiple top-performer recognition awards over the years of my experience as a Training Specialist. I see this as a testament of my passion towards helping people gear up for their careers ahead of them.
Aside from being a Training Specialist, I've also had my fair share of experience in the field of customer service. Where I learned a lot about how businesses should interact with their external stakeholders, and how customer/client relations is detrimental for a business to thrive in today's market.
