I have a total of 9 years of work experience in customer service and 4 years in digital marketing. As a customer support representative, I have worked in financial services, healthcare services, and e-commerce. As a digital marketing specialist, I have led the marketing maintenance department at the company I previously worked at. I have experience buying licenses, setting up domains, cloning domains, creating and editing content, and setting up search campaigns in Google Ads. I also have experience in SEO, domain name research, keyword research, subject matter and competitor research, and data analysis. As a team manager, I also have experience in managing a culturally diverse team, hiring, training, process development analysis, coaching, vendor relations management, and interdepartmental communications. As a person, I am a very hardworking and fast learning individual who can learn and master any skill that a position requires. I am also able to teach the skills that I learn, as I not only learn them but I fully understand them.
