I have spent 2 years as a Chargeback or Dispute Analyst working with various financial institutions like RushCard, Brightwell, FasterMoney, and NetSpend. Additionally, I served as a regulatory Chargeback Compliance Auditor for 1 year and 1 month, supporting Chime Bank.
