I began my career as a Customer Service Representative under a telco program, where I spent three years assisting customers with their accounts, managing billing concerns, and ensuring they received the best service possible.
In 2022, I was promoted to my current position as a Compliance Analyst, where I focus on monitoring internal processes, ensuring adherence to company policies, and managing risk-related documentation. This role has strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to uphold compliance standards in a dynamic business environment.
Alongside my professional experience, I am currently a college undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. My academic background has given me a solid foundation in financial principles, auditing, and business management, which I continue to apply and develop in my compliance work.
