- Handles procurement of large EPC projects for coal and solar power plants.
- Contractor and supplier sourcing, conducts and facilitate the pre-bid meeting for the acquisition of bids or RFQ/RFP.
- Prepares and performs Detailed Unit Price Analysis (DUPA) for cost proposal evaluation.
- Coordinate with the Technical team (Engineering and Project Management) to ensure compliance with the technical requirements.
- Engage in negotiating with all contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers with the cost, project duration or lead time, and terms and conditions.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Order (PO) and contract documents.
