Manage, direct and optimize multiple construction projects for all TTEC Sites within
APAC Region. ? Develop comprehensive Master Project Plans • Prepare detailed construction pricing estimates • Outline Project SOW and
Timelines • Budget Creation and Management • AMEPF Review and Value
Engineering • Communicate and lead project meetings with Stakeholders and
clients • Resource planning and risk assessment • Formal handover completion
? Manage timely completion of all assigned construction projects within approved
budget but of high quality and find ways to save at least 5% of overall project costs. ? Principal Lead on Real Estate assessment for potential new office branch of TTEC
within APAC Region
? Identify, communicate risks and provide well thought solutions to stakeholders. ? Communicate and present project reports and maintain strong relationship with
Executives, Operations, Support Depts. and contractors to achieve successful projects. ? Internal and External client Interactions: client audits PEZA/BFP audits. ? Ensure TTEC sites are complying with all Gov’t statutory requirements particularly with
PEZA, BOC and BFP supported with organized documents. ? Conduct bid reviews, process PO’s and material orders.
