My experience spans early-stage to late-stage collections, including charged-off accounts and third-party agency accounts.
Additionally, I have conducted training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for seasoned employees. As a panel interviewer, I have played a key role in the final interview process for applicants to our Collections Department.
