I first worked as a college instructor in Philippine Women's University, handling Philosophy, Theology, Political Science and undergraduate law subjects. From academe, I entered the corporate world as an HR Practitioner. I am well-versed in Philippine Labor Laws, Collective Bargaining Agreement, Management System working in an ISO and Food Safety Certified manufacturing company. Concurrent to my position as HR Manager, I also oversee the Environment, Safety and Health Section of the company.
