I am a BS Hospitality and Restaurant Management graduate, bringing four years of solid foundation in customer service, guest handling, and daily hospitality operations. I am currently working as a receptionist, where I’ve learned to communicate warmly with clients, handle front-desk responsibilities, and ensure smooth day-to-day interactions within the workplace.

Having a 5 completed course in freelancing training in Administrative Assistance, Email Marketing, Graphic Design, Lead Generation, and Social Media Management, allowing me to develop a flexible skill set that can support both operational and digital marketing tasks.
