I am Stephen Jude Alimento, a Licensed Civil Engineer based in the Philippines
with almost eight years of hands-on construction experience. Throughout my
career, I have worked on various projects and handled multiple trades,
particularly Structural, Architectural, and MEPF works.
My primary expertise is in Structural Engineering, with experience in mid-rise
buildings, residential developments, warehouses, land development projects, and
roadway openings. In Architectural works, I have been involved in the
renovation and construction of a luxurious residential property, which included
the installation of interior finishes and fixtures.
I also have experience in MEPF works, particularly for a rentable warehouse
project. My responsibilities included the installation of pumps and pipe
networks for the Fire Protection System, the Air-Conditioning System for office
areas, and waterline and sanitary line installations for Plumbing works. In
Electrical works, I assisted with the installation of a 3-Phase Power Supply
with an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), along with rough-ins and wiring for
both power and lighting, as well as the installation of a generator set.
My previous roles—especially as a Project-In-Charge—have equipped me with the
skills and confidence to apply for the position of Civil Engineer Virtual
Assistant. I am proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SketchUp,
PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office. I am knowledgeable in preparing Bills of
Quantities, scheduling, cost estimation, and various aspects of project
management. Additionally, I can prepare project billings based on
accomplishment reports and monitor project cash flow.
