I am a former customer service representative, passionate in handling customers and offering assistance to their concerns. I have improved my technical skills by mastering different tools on my job, and I am willing to learn more to be tech-savvy. I am also great at socializing to others as I can easily adapt to my environment. Communication is also easy for me as someone who has been exposed to reportings/speeches, and being in front of others presenting has never been a problem. I am really flexible to different tasks and can easily follow duties that are given to me.
