Most of my recent responsibilities revolve around account management, billing, and customer care in a telecom setting. That’s a pretty demanding mix since we are balancing financial accuracy with customer satisfaction. I want to make sure that everything is set for the customer and they are satisfy on details of their account within the company's policy.
I am also familiar with Medical Authorization, Sales, and Technical Support, which I can use in future jobs.
