I ensure efficient systems management, including maintaining electronic health records (EHRs), managing patient scheduling, overseeing workflow on a HIPAA-compliant communication platform, and handling prescription management. Additionally, I supervise various logistical activities such as faxing clinic documents and submitting prior authorizations to insurance companies for prescriptions.
I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Santo Tomas, one of the top universities in the country. I have two years of cumulative experience in hospital and community pharmacy settings, where I developed skills in medication management, patient care, medication counseling, and collaboration with diverse healthcare professionals, among others. I also obtained practical exposure to the pharmaceutical industry through multiple international (online) and local internships.
