For 6 years as an Account Specialist, I was responsible for quote and order processing, creating documentation, tracking requests through Salesforce, preparing reports, and coordinating with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure requests were completed accurately and on time.
In my most recent role as an IAM Security Engineer, I worked on user access management, production support, troubleshooting, process documentation, and workflow improvements.
