As a Civil Engineer with over five years experience, I have been part of the implementation of a lot of projects, including construction of electric utilities, roads, flood mitigation structures, and buildings. During those years, I also worked with the Right of Way and Legal Service in the Department of Public Works and Highways. Together with Lawyers, my job is to ensure that proper procedures be implemented in acquiring lots and structures affected by government projects. I also work as a part-time college of engineering Instructor and a Review Lecturer for Civil Engineering board exam takers. I am also a licensed Master Plumber and accredited Safety Officer II.
Aside from working, I am studying Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering. I am hopeful to finish this degree by April next year and will be taking the licensure exam by October 2025. Studying while working is a big challenge but it also develops my mind to always have a hunger in learning new professions outside my current field.
