I am writing to express my interest in the Virtual Assistant position. With a strong background as a Customer Service Representative, I bring proven expertise in managing multiple chat interactions simultaneously, providing technical support, and driving sales performance to consistently meet and exceed target goals.
Currently, I am working as a Recruitment Program Coordinator, where I handle emails from suppliers, managers, and workers on a daily basis. In this role, I assist Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers throughout all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including but not limited onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding. I also manage meetings, escalations, and communications with stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
