My background in Customer Service, Retentions, Content Review, Fraud & Risk Analysis, and Quality Assurance has trained me to be detail-oriented, reliable, and calm even in fast-paced situations. In my previous roles, I handled inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence, also led weekly calibration calls with clients—which strengthened my communication and administrative skills. These experiences naturally led me to pursue remote work as an Admin Assistant and Customer Service VA.
