I worked as a customer service representative for 26 months. My responsibilities included handling customers through phone providing solutions, sales, processing requests, and maintaining customer’s satisfaction. Over those two years, I strengthened my communication skills, learned to work under pressure, became reliable and comfortable managing different types of client’s situation.
I want to be known as someone who is not reluctant. I want to be the person who is consistent and can be relied on and trusted to deliver quality of work, meet the average requirements, and support the team.
