I’m passionate about Human Resources. I graduated last August 2023 from Taguig City University with a degree in BSBA major in Human Resources Development Management. Right after graduating, I started working at Hi-Top Human Resource Development Inc. as an HR Recruitment Staff. During my first few months, I handled everything from sourcing applicants to interviewing and deploying them.
After three months, I was promoted to HR Supervisor, where I took on bigger responsibilities like assisting with payroll, leading company meetings, and coordinating with clients and staff. These experiences really helped me grow as an HR professional and taught me how to handle different types of people and situations. I’m hardworking, dedicated, and excited to continue growing in the HR field.
