I’m a Customer Support and Operations Specialist with experience handling high-volume customer cases and platform issues for a global travel marketplace.
I currently support the GetYourGuide Care Team where I resolve booking issues, investigate platform concerns, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure cases are handled quickly and accurately. I regularly work with Zendesk and CRM tools to track cases, document issues, and manage escalations.
I also have a technical background from my experience as a Full Stack Developer intern, where I helped build internal systems to improve internal workflows.
