My career in the BPO industry has spanned over 15 years where I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience.
For 14 years, I was part of the Training and Quality team, which allowed me to share my expertise with others and help develop the skills of my colleagues. Within this period, I have honed my ability to communicate effectively, both in person and through various digital channels and developed a deep understanding of the inner workings of the industry.
Today, I also function as a brand ambassador, which allows me to put my communication skills to work in a different way. I am responsible for promoting Cloud Campus, the work-at-home solution offered by Teleperformance to a wider audience and building relationships with potential clients. This role required me to travel, attend events, participate in marketing campaigns and gave me a unique perspective on the industry as a whole.
