I am a Merchant Support Specialist in Shopify who's assisting merchants, specifically in Shopify Plus. We're kind of a virtual assistant to them as we're their main point of contact whatever their concern is. As long as it's on the admin and Shopify related, we're assisting them. In any case that it's outside our scope, we're still conduct some research that can help them and redirect them to the designated team depends on their concern.
