Having more than 8 years’ experience in operations in the highly competitive field of BPO and more than 5 years as Quality Assurance Analyst, I have become adept at efficiency and precision in operations. Not only do I complete tasks, but I also create, audit and optimize systems which make businesses work properly.
By nature, I have always been one to follow 'zero defect' procedures. From handling highly complicated bookings and logistics issues within hospitality and e-commerce to the role of a trusted Subject Matter Expert on process optimization, I have evolved into a person who takes care of business owners by helping them manage their processes and data, as well as creating standard operating procedures enabling their growth without any 'growing pains.'
Currently, I am changing my career path to that of a Virtual Assistant. In order to be the best of what I can be in this new role, I have undergone extensive professional VA training and am currently completing a comprehensive mentorship program under an expert industry coach.
