Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare, update, and manage construction schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Review construction sequences and activity logic for realistic timelines
- Implement schedule revisions based on coordination meetings and site updates
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor site progress against approved schedules
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and look-ahead progress reports
- Perform schedule impact analysis and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) documentation
Estimating & Cost Control
- Assist with cost estimating and quantity take-offs using PlanSwift
- Track materials issuance and utilization to ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Support budget review meetings and prepare summary and assessment reports
Coordination & Documentation
- Review and monitor shop drawings and construction submittals
- Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and clients to gather accurate data
- Attend coordination meetings and implement requested updates in a timely manner
